I am the CEO of Valley Communications Systems, Inc., where I lead a team delivering audiovisual, security, and telephony solutions to commercial clients. My professional background includes experience as a strength and conditioning coach in NCAA and professional sports, where I earned my CSCS certification from the NSCA. These roles have shaped my approach to leadership, emphasizing teamwork, strategic planning, and delivering results. Today, I focus on driving growth and innovation while ensuring exceptional service for our clients.

Meet the Tremble Family:

I have a wonderful family who supports and inspires me every day. My wife, Karen, is a dedicated speech-language pathologist. Together we have two amazing children: Conor, age 7, who loves music, soccer, football, basketball, and is an avid Boston Celtics fan, and Grace, age 5, who has a passion for unicorns, music, soccer, and dancing. Rounding out our family is Ellie, our energetic and affectionate 8-month-old yellow Labrador.

My professional goals for 2025 focus on driving growth and fostering excellence. I’m prioritizing business development and expanding our client base, while also investing in team building and supporting the growth of our people. Additionally, I’m committed to enhancing my own professional knowledge to lead effectively in a constantly evolving industry.

What is your most memorial YPO moment?​

As a newer YPO member, I’m just beginning to explore all the opportunities the organization offers. So far, my forum interactions have been the highlight—engaging in meaningful conversations and building relationships with fellow members has been an incredible and memorable experience. It’s been inspiring to connect with such a dynamic and supportive group of peers.
