Paul Gojkovich is the Founder and Managing Partner of Bedrock Communities, a real estate private equity firm that owns and operates manufactured housing communities in Florida and other southeastern states. Paul is responsible for overseeing Bedrock’s day-to-day management as well as its investment activity.
Paul founded Bedrock Communities in 2014 and has grown the platform from just himself to over 60 employees. Paul has overseen the acquisition of 36 communities and approximately 5,500 pads valued at over $550 million. Prior to founding Bedrock, Paul was a Managing Director in the New York City office of Newmark, focusing on investment sales transactions.
Paul graduated in 2005 from Duke University where he was fortunate enough to meet his wife, Lauren. Paul and Lauren are active alumni at Duke, where they have focused their efforts on supporting free speech and intellectual diversity on campus. They have endowed a program focused on encouraging discourse for undergraduate students through Duke’s Civil Discourse Initiative. Paul is also an active alumni of the Brunswick School in Greenwich Connecticut, where he was previously the head of the alumni association and a ex-officio member of the Board of Trustees. Additionally, Paul is a member of the Connecticut River Valley chapter of YPO. Paul also is a past member of the community owners board of the Manufactured Housing Institute.
