The YPO Global Board of Directors approved updates to the dues structure, creating a simplified, two-tier, age based model.

What is changing in the dues structure?

Beginning 1 July 2026, YPO will transition from four dues tiers to two dues tiers.

• Tier 1: Members under 65

• Tier 2: Members 65+ (paying one-third of Tier A)

Why is YPO making this change?

The Board-approved change is aligned with YPO’s efforts to reinforce fairness, strengthen quality and ensure consistent standards globally.

How does this affect current members?

Current YPO members paying dues at tiers 2, 3 or 4 will retain their existing rates as follows:

Will my dues increase?

All current members will continue in the dues tier they held on 1 July 2025.

• If you’re paying Tier 1 on 1 July 2025: You will move into Tier A and pay the then-current Tier A dues until you turn 65. At 65, you will move to Tier B.

• If you’re paying Tier 2 on 1 July 2025 You will pay 67% of the then-current Tier A dues until you turn 65. At 65, you will move to Tier B

• If I’m paying Tier 3 on 1 July 2025 You will pay 33% of the then-current Tier A dues for the remainder of your membership.

• If I’m paying Tier 4 on 1 July 2025 You will pay 10% of the then-current Tier A dues for the remainder of your membership.

December 2025 Per YPO policy, dues will increase by a minimum of CPI (Consumer Price Index) inflation annually as approved by the YPO Global Board of Directors.

How will dues work for members joining on or after 1 July 2026?

All new members will enter directly into the two-tier structure, determined solely by age.

How will this affect members under 65?

Members under 65 will maintain the dues rate as of 1 July 2025.
